Individual membership is open to all persons who are participating, studying, or who are interested in any field of Quality related activities, irrespective of the industry, with whom they are associated, as long as they satisfy the conditions for membership.

Membership grading fees

Student Member          R114-00 per annum (year 2006)

This shall be any person who is studying and is not employed, irrespective of age.  Including scholars.

Member          R228-00 per annum (year 2006)

This shall be any person with an interest in Quality, from all backgrounds and professions.

Senior Member          R285-00 per annum (year 2006)

Awarded to a person with the necessary tertiary education and a minimum of 5 years quality related experience, of which two years must be in a position of responsibility.

Fellow

Awarded to a Senior Member of the Society who has given exceptional service to the Society or to the Quality Profession.  Proposals shall be made by a Branch Chairman and supported by the committee along with relevant supporting documentation.  This is then sent to National Office whereupon the National Council must have unanimous agreement for the conferment of this membership status.
